9708 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 9708 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the 9708 platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 9708 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address.
Any false or misleading information provided during registration or at any time thereafter may result in immediate account termination without compensation or refund of any outstanding balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. 9708 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless it can be demonstrated that unauthorised access occurred due to negligence on the part of the Platform. The platform will not be liable for any losses arising from password sharing or a user's failure to maintain account security.
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the 9708 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or security loopholes in the system
- Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
- Disrupting platform operations or other users' experience
- Transferring or selling your account to another party
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 9708 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept payments in foreign currencies and will not bear any currency conversion fees that may be charged by third parties.
Deposits can be made using local payment methods supported by the platform, including DuitNow and approved digital wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits shown at the time of transaction. The platform reserves the right to decline or hold any suspicious deposit while verification is carried out. Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities and cannot be transferred directly to other users.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the 9708 platform account. Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification before it can be processed. The platform reserves the right to delay withdrawals for compliance review and fraud prevention purposes. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen, and typically take between 1 and 5 business days.
All bonuses and promotions offered by the 9708 platform are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including minimum wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. The Platform reserves the right to forfeit any bonus found to have been obtained through dishonest means or in breach of promotional terms. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless all wagering requirements have been fully met.

9708 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity. In all circumstances, the Platform's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law

The 9708 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- User found to be in breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspicious or potentially unlawful activity detected on the account
- Identity verification could not be completed within the required timeframe
- Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
- User requests voluntary account closure
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any outstanding balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation. Users have the right to appeal a suspension or closure decision by contacting the 9708 support team within 30 days of the notification date.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The 9708 platform reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 9708 platform shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Malaysia.
